Important message (updated August 25, 2020)
The Max Planck Institute for Empirical Aesthetics takes the rapid spread of the Coronavirus / COVID-19 very seriously. As a precautionary measure, we have decided to cancel all public events until further notice to protect the health of our employees, guests, study participants, and visitors. Currently, there are no public lectures and workshops. The library is also closed for external visitors until further notice.
Dear Study Participants,
Beginning in September 2020, research studies will again take place on the premises of the Max Planck Institute for Empirical Aesthetics (MPIEA). For this reason we are introducing comprehensive hygiene protocols in order to ensure the best possible protection for all Institute employees, guests, and visitors—including study participants, i.e., you—during all on-site studies.
We have compiled the most important information regarding these protocols in a single document.
Please read this information carefully before registering for a study.
Some of our studies will continue to take place entirely online. We would be delighted if you wished to participate in any of these online studies.
Studies at the Brain Imaging Center (BIC) remain on hold until further notice. Once we resume conducting studies at the BIC, we will announce it here and provide similar information about the hygiene protocols.
If you have any questions, please get in touch with us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone at 069 / 8300 479 619 (Mon-Thu, 9:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00).
We look forward to hearing from you!
