Workshop: Methods in Empirical Music Research

David Huron at the Max Planck Institute for Empirical Aesthetics, 2016

We welcome Professor David Huron from Ohio State University as a guest at our institute. Prof. Huron is head of the Cognitive and Systematic Musicology Laboratory in the School of Music and affiliated with the Center for Cognitive and Brain Sciences, Ohio State University. His research areas are Music Cognition, Computational Musicology and Systematic Musicology. He will be visiting the Max Planck Institute for Empirical Aesthetics until mid-August 2016. During his visit he will be leading the five-day workshop "Methods in Empirical Music Research" as well as discussing various research projects with researchers at the institute.
